Individual Training:
Meet with a personal trainer and get their full attention as they design a program that fits all of your needs to meet your goals.
Investment: $40 per session, $150 for 4 sessions, $280 for 8 sessions.
Partner Training:
Bring a family member or friend to meet with a personal trainer. They will design a program for both of you as you exercise together.
Investment: $50 per session, add a third person: $60 per session.
Small Group Training:
Bring a group of 4-6 people for a private work out. A personal trainer will meet with you and design a group work out to suit the needs of the group.
Investment: $75 per session (price is divided evenly between number of participants).
